About

Welcome to Tramore Reflexology! My name is Maura O'Shea and I'm based in Westown, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Having enjoyed the benefits of reflexology for many years, in 2018 I returned to college to train to become a qualified Reflexologist! I really love what I do and I'm delighted with all the positive feedback I have received from many of my reflexology clients.

Over the last couple of years, I have also completed postgraduate training courses in Reflexology for Fertility, Pregnancy, Babies & Children and also workshops in Foot-reading and Chi-Medics and there are more courses in the pipeline as there is always something new to learn so watch this space!

I am fully insured and an accredited member of the Irish Reflexologist's Institute so reflexology treatments are covered by all major healthcare providers

Reflexology for Fertility

An excellent treatment for both men and women whether trying to conceive naturally or going through assisted fertility. Reflexology can help reduce stress and anxiety and address difficult issues both mentally and emotionally which may be affecting your fertility.

Maternity Reflexology

Maternity and postpartum reflexology encourages the body to rebalance and remain this way throughout pregnancy and after you have had your baby. It may also help with pregnancy and postpartum conditions

Reflexology for Babies & Children

An amazing, gentle treatment for babies, children and teenagers which can support them through so many difficult stages such as sleep issues, colic, anxiety, digestive problems and emotional issues to name a few!
